Innovating Teachers
Due to the certification fund given to the teachers in Mataram city, the teachers urge to raise the quality in giving lesson to the students. Starting from full innovation teaching-studying activity at class will raise their achievement.
“It is directly proportional with the reward given for the teachers from their certification,” said head of Education, Youth and Sport Agency, H. Ruslan Effendy.
Moreover, Ruslan explained, the teacher should spend their time more to give lesson for the students, in addition to the support from complete and adequate learning facilities. “The teacher also should prepare themselves using information technology teaching method,” he explained.
Moreover, Ruslan viewed that the teacher could conduct class attitude observation for the student. It is in order to know what kind of lesson they should give to the student. “The teacher need conduct observation toward their students, knowing in what subject the student lack with does,” he added.
Ruslan confessed that the teacher whilst teaching in class not merely conduct their routine. With expensive certification’s support shall give effect for learning process at school. Moreover, with 12 years educational times’ obligation applied in Mataram. “The effect from the raising of teaching method can be seen from the 12 years compulsory educational time oblique,” he said.
